Don&#39;t i totally, completely agree!!!!!! I dont bother trying to explain my choices to people anymore, esp not on my blog OR to randoms. It&#39;s like I eat what I want, and 99% of the time it&#39;s vegan and that&#39;s the label that fits the best, but if there is something with trace dairy in it and i feel like paying the food allergy price, then so be it.
