I love when vegan recipes are actually healthy and made with wholesome ingredients (no butter in recipes means I don&#39;t have to modify them ;) ). I think some publishers hide behind the &quot;vegan&quot; label, assuming people will just think vegan must be healthier. Fake soy meats and cheeses aren&#39;t real food in my opinion.
