Yes, Diana, you truly ARE Divine, in every sense of the definition! And, this recipe is amazing. It sounds so delicious. Just like you, I love to create things from what I already have at home, and I like to put together ingredients that may sound random, but that really taste brilliant when combined. I want to try this carrot miso dressing. I LOVE miso, and carrot of course, and I think the combination sounds really great. You've taken Sophia's and really done something great with it, nice job! Oh, and I really have to get some coconut oil, it's popping up in so many recipes lately and I've NEVER tried it!

This is such a gorgeous dish! wow. I love how creamy it looks and the carrot miso dressing just sounds like to would just pull everything together so well. I love rice alot but when you mentioned you could make it with oatmeal that was just too much! It looks and sounds AWESOME. OMG..and I have all the ingredients to make this too. Total score.
