Wait...how bout both??!!!! <br /><br />Thanks for the shoutout, Diana, and I love that you&#39;ve put the cookie dough balls to great use!<br /><br />Before I realized that 2 frozen bananas + 1/4 c almond milk + 1 Tbsp vanilla extract and 30 secs in the Vita was the quick n dirty method to ice cream, I was freezing 1 can coconut milk + sugar + vanilla extract and honestly, although it got crystalley and wasn&#39;t ideal, husband liked it well enough and it cured his dairy/sweet tooth situation.
