In case you haven’t heard, it’s Vegan MoFo! Otherwise known as the Vegan Month of Food, this is the time of year when we celebrate all things vegan, and as much as possible.
Go HERE for regularly updated roundups; otherwise I’ll throw out a few shouts of my own:
- Mama Pea’s Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls. Probably illegal somewhere.
- Angela’s Gingerbread Pumpkin Overnight Oat Parfait. A regular in my breakfast rotation.
- Gina’s Breakfast Cookie. Classic.
And that’s only barely scratching the sweet surface! Obviously, I’m partial towards dessert, but there is an infinite amount of deliciousness lurking out there in the vegan blog world, and now is the time to dig in! Trust me when I say I’ve been celebrating Vegan MoFo on the daily…which is nothing out of the ordinary, but if you need some evidence, please to refer back to my previous post singing the rice cooker’s praises. It has been churning out more than curry rice in the way of vegan fare—in fact, the bibimbap pictured in that post is the only thing it has made that was NOT vegan!
